Lucy and Charlie’s story began amidst the aisles of Charlie’s Bottle Shop, where Lucy often found herself in search of the perfect bottle of wine. Their chance encounters grew into something magical, and soon they realized they were meant to embark on a lifelong journey together. As the ceremony unfolded, their pug, decked out in a dapper bowtie, happily trotted down the aisle, stealing everyone’s hearts.
After the heartfelt ceremony, it was time to kick back and celebrate. Lucy and Charlie’s reception took place in a laid-back tipi nestled in a beautiful garden of the family home. The atmosphere a relaxed charm, with rustic furnishings, twinkling fairy lights, and vibrant floral arrangements. Guests mingled, sharing laughter and toasting to the couple’s happiness. The joyful ambiance set the tone for a truly unforgettable celebration.
Lucy and Charlie spared no effort in curating a memorable experience for their guests. They collaborated with some of the finest suppliers in the region, ensuring every detail was nothing short of perfection. Dylls Bakery crafted a stunning wedding cake that stood as an edible masterpiece. Flame & Hog provided a mouthwatering hog roast, and Fig & the Wild delighted everyone with a bountiful grazing table. HomeBrew Bottle Shop served up refreshing drinks, complementing the relaxed vibe of the day.
The bridal party radiated elegance and style. Lucy’s bridesmaids looked radiant in dresses from Hope & Ivy, while she herself donned a breathtaking gown from Halfpenny London, courtesy of The White Closet. Her Charlotte Olympia shoes added a touch of glamour to her ensemble, making her feel like a true princess. Even their beloved fur baby, Rosie the cat, made a cameo in a family photo, capturing the essence of their love.
